Privacy policy
This is a demo project: the Verkių terasos building is made up, and enquiries go to the site’s developer, northpine/studio, not to a real developer.
In short
The site uses no advertising, analytics or visitor tracking tools. We receive your data only when you send an enquiry yourself.
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry we receive what you entered: your name, email, phone (if given), message, the apartment numbers and the site language. We use this only to answer your enquiry, which you consented to.
- Storage. The enquiry is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in the European Union and shown in the admin panel. It is deleted automatically after 180 days.
- Emails. The sales team gets a notification and you get a confirmation that we received your enquiry. Emails are sent by Brevo (an email service, EU).
- CRM. A developer can connect their customer management system (for example HubSpot); the enquiry is then passed there too. No CRM is connected on this demo site.
Spam protection
To keep robots from filling in the forms we use Cloudflare Turnstile: when a form is sent, Cloudflare checks technical signals from the browser. Turnstile uses no advertising cookies and does not use this data for tracking. More: Cloudflare Turnstile privacy addendum. Only a few enquiries can be sent from one address in a short time.
Map
The map does not load by itself. Only after you choose “Allow” is it loaded from Google Maps: Google then receives your IP address and browser data and may set its own cookies. You can change the choice at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. More: Google privacy policy.
Cookies and browser storage
The site itself uses only necessary cookies and none for tracking:
- vt_theme - the day or evening theme (one year).
- vt_consent - your choice about the map (6 months).
- vt_s and vt_sb - only when signed in to the admin or trying the demo; the demo copy is deleted after 60 minutes.
- Saved apartments stay in your browser only (localStorage). We never receive them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and withdraw your consent. Write to info@northpinestudio.lt. You can also contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania.
On a real site
On a live project site the data controller would be the developer’s company (name, company code and contacts), and enquiries would be kept as long as needed for the sale and the contract.
